EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
At Bettasarto, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each piece is made with attention to detail to ensure that you receive nothing but the best. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.
- Products purchased during sale or promotion are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless defective or damaged.
Exchange Process
- To initiate an exchange, please email us at support@bettasarto.com
or contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for exchange. - Once approved, ship the product back to us using a reliable courier service.
- After we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit of equal value.
Return & Refund Process
- To request a return, please email support@bettasarto.com
within 7 days of receiving your order. - After approval, ship the product back to our return address.
- Once inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
